Yes! In Tallinn, at the Põhjala factory, you'll find our flagship store open on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. The flagship store includes a smoothie café, Kompott, with a cozy corner and several play areas for children. We have a baby-friendly restroom, and four-legged friends are very welcome. We look forward to welcoming you at Marati 5.

Yes, we ship to most of the countries around the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Our official logistic partners are FedEx and DPD. Please note that some large items may not be available for shipment to certain countries.

Yes, you can do so in Estonia, Tallinn. If you wish to pick up your order, choose "Tulen ise järgi" (Pick up myself) as the delivery method, and your order will be ready for pickup at our warehouse located at Värvi 5, Tallinn, after receiving the "Ready for pickup" confirmation email.

Products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, and you can place a new order for the desired product. Certainly! We offer both online gift cards and physical gift cards. The online gift card will be sent to your or the recipient's e-mail, while the physical gift card can be delivered to a parcel machine or handed to the courier in a beautifully designed envelope.

No, you can use the gift card until the credit runs out, both in the online store and at the flagship store, for any desired amount. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
